Lead recruitment and onboarding, building diverse talent pipelines and engaging with local communities. Design and deliver training programmes that embed service excellence and sustainability. Champion development and succession planning, creating career pathways and reducing reliance on agency staff. Drive compliance and standards, ensuring health & safety, right-to-work, and training requirements are met. What we’re looking for Experience in staffing, recruitment, and training within hospitality, events, or visitor attractions. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Passion for people development, sustainability, and creating memorable visitor experiences.
