Multi-Skilled Engineer (Nights) – FMCG
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6pm–6am
Market Leading Salary - £53,500
A growing FMCG business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its nightshift team. With major site investment and automation plans underway, this is a great time to come on board.
The Role
* Carry out daily maintenance of production equipment
* Respond quickly to breakdowns with fault-finding and repair
* Log work completed, root causes, and materials used in CMMS
* Support planned preventative maintenance programme
* Contribute to improvement projects and suggest ideas to optimise machinery and processes
About You
* Fully qualified multi-skilled engineer (electrical and mechanical experience)
* Fast paced manufacturing experience desirable
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Team player with attention to detail
