Customer Service Advisor - Central Support - Chadderton - VPS, Chadderton
This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, responding within agreed timescales, and ensuring customer expectations are met to keep properties safe and secure. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, developing extensive knowledge of VPS products and services. Responsibilities include capturing customer details, recording accurate account information, managing quotes and orders, and providing real-time updates via portals, emails, or phone.
We are looking for individuals who understand customer satisfaction factors, have strong experience in customer service within fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks is essential.
