The Manchester College's City Centre Campus is seeking a Property Assistant to join our dedicated Facilities Team. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the campus running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and maintenance. Duties include unlocking buildings, setting up rooms, handling deliveries, and carrying out minor repairs, all supporting a great learning environment. You'll also assist with events, site safety, and emergency procedures. This role suits someone with facilities, caretaking, or estates experience who enjoys variety and teamwork. We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw campus to join our Facilities Department as a Property Assistant on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to: Willing to work towards NVQ, or equivalent, in Caretaking Services, or similar.
