Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Representation: Engage with the public face-to-face in field sales environments to drive brand awareness and customer acquisitions.

* Performance Tracking: Provide feedback on locations and sales ratios to help the team optimize processes.
Requirements:
* Motivation: We are calling for all motivated, results-driven candidates ready to work 5 days a week (Mon–Sat).
* Transferable Skills: No prior sales experience is required. We find that \"people-facing\" roles—such as retail or hospitality—provide excellent transferable skills for this environment.
* Communication: Strong English speaking skills and the confidence to communicate with the public.
* Commute: Must be able to commute daily to our Norwich City Centre office.
* Eligibility: Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
OTE of up to £30k within first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission-based earnings for hitting daily/weekly targets for this self employed role.
