Location: 18 Mole Business Park, Randalls Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7AD Hiring 2 registered Nurses. Work Patterns Differ Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM 3 days a week - Flexible Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Band 5 nurses and support workers, contributing to appraisal and performance development. Deliver specialist learning disability nursing care, including assessment, care planning, risk management, and crisis intervention. Act as an advocate for people with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centred, dignified, and inclusive care. Coordinate care for individuals under the Care Programme Approach (CPA) in line with Trust policy. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, primary care, acute services, and external agencies. Ensure practice complies with professional, legal, and safeguarding frameworks, including the NMC Code, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act. Contribute to service development, quality improvement, policy implementation, and national initiatives. Support recruitment, induction, education, and training of staff and students. Participate in audit, research, and quality assurance to improve service delivery. Travel across community settings as required to deliver care.
