Role: Network Services EngineerSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + (£2,500 Bonus)Location: Bristol, United KingdomAn opportunity has arisen in the Information Management Network Team for a Network Services Engineer. We are looking for an enthusiastic / dynamic individual to work within the team. The candidate must have a general Networking background, and be familiar with Routing and Switching, VLANS, protocols such as OSPF & BGP, TCP/IP & UDP.You will be working within a collaborative, versatile, innovative team and surrounded by supportive and passionate team members.What we’re looking for from you:Minimum of Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification / experience working on Cisco equipment: Current Certification desirable (lapsed certification considered).3 years minimum previous experience in the fieldExperience of working within a multi-classification Network environment is preferred.Familiarity with ITIL processes and standards is also desirable.Experience with DNA Centre (Catalyst Centre), ACI & ISE is also desirable.Here's what’s in it for youThe IT sector is constantly evolving to keep pace with both technology and threat, therefore new solutions or changes to the current environment are required on a continual basis.You will be required to evaluate potential new solutions / options as they arise, and review the current solutions / infrastructure with view to improvement.
