Overview
Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies is recruiting a Lead Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the High Wycombe team on a 12 month fixed term basis. We are seeking a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Senior PWP with post-qualification experience of providing clinical supervision and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
The role supports the Step 2 team alongside established Lead PWPs and the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical supervision, line management and skills development of the Step 2 workforce, ensuring a high quality, accessible service is provided to our patients. You will support specific areas of service development and partnership work with external providers, maintain a small clinical caseload and provide Guided Self Help interventions to develop your clinical skills.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, forward-thinking and solution-focused, with plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and who works well in a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Senior PWP with post-qualification experience in clinical supervision
* Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
