School Administrator - Temporary, £13.26 an hour, Approx. 4 Weeks Foxgroves Education are delighted to be working with an outstanding primary school in the Middlesbrough area who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the heart of their welcoming, inclusive school community. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in supporting both their educational mission and daily operations during a short period of absence of around 4 weeks. The Role Our Client Offers: 37 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays) Flexible lunch arrangements available (30-minute option with earlier finish) Interim work for around 4 weeks Key Responsibilities: Reception Excellence: Be the welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, systems, and files using school management systems Communication Hub: Handle telephone enquiries, take messages, and respond to straightforward queries Data Management: Accurate data input, document processing, and digital filing with strict confidentiality Office Operations: Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, stationery orders, and general office duties IT Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Office suite and email systems for correspondence and record-keeping Financial Support: Assist with financial processes in accordance with school regulations Our Client is Looking For: GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in Maths and English Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office suite Outstanding communication abilities across all audiences Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Team player with initiative and self-management skills Enhanced DBS clearance (Ideally you will hold a DBS on the update service OR be willing to apply for a new DBS. Foxgroves Education will support you to apply for this.)
