What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of older patients to determine their physiotherapy needs.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life for your patients.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
* Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HCPC standards.
* Travel to patient sites as required, utilizing your full driving license to reach those in need.
