AI Trainer for Finnish Writers/Speakers (College Degree Required)

**About the Role**

**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**
1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Finnish content to improve accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations in Finnish, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and engaging in creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and design tests to challenge its understanding.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working hours based on project needs.
**About You**
* Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Finnish.
* Strong writing skills with excellent English spelling and grammar.
* Critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
* Professional experience in research, journalism, technical writing, editing, or similar roles.
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
**Additional Information**
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. We do not sponsor visas. International students on a valid visa may be eligible; please consult a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location. The pay rate ranges from $15 to $150 USD per hour.
