What you will do

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, agencies, and other partners to develop and deliver training sessions for potential adopters to equip them with the necessary skill and knowledge.
* Plan and lead recruitment events across Lancashire, Blackpool, and Blackburn & Darwen to attract potential adopters from diverse backgrounds.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
