This role is currently to cover 5 hours due to pregnancy. In October there may be additional hours available due to the current PA going on Maternity leave.
We are looking for personal assistant to help an active 18-year-old male to attend his hobbies at the Michael Woods Centre. This role will involve driving the client to and from the Michael Woods Center and home. There will also be manual lifting, hoist lifting and personal care. There is also a chance to take on holiday cover and sickness cover.

Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. Having experience within this area would be of benefit.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support to be Provided.
• Accompanying to social activities.
• Provision of reassurance when undertaking activities.
• Provision of companionship and conversation.
• Promotion of being treated as an individual, supporting choices and decisions.
