Enterprise Account Executive – Payment Solutions
Location: UK Remote / Hybrid Options Available
Salary: £90,000–£100,000 base + Commission | OTE £200k
The Role
This is a senior enterprise new business sales role focused on high-value merchants across sectors including retail, events, stadia, hospitality, and F&B. You’ll be selling cutting-edge payment gateway solutions into high-volume, high-complexity environments, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s expansion into new markets.
The successful candidate will lead large-scale deal activity (£10m+), manage consultative sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term value delivery for new clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and close new enterprise business opportunities with deal values of £10m+
* Sell gateway and payment solutions into complex, high-volume merchant environments
* Expand the company’s presence beyond core sectors into new verticals and commercial opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders through a strategic, consultative approach
* Collaborate with product, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
* Feed into strategic planning and market expansion initiatives
Requirements
* Demonstrable success in selling payment gateway, acquiring, or ePOS solutions to enterprise clients
* Strong commercial acumen and a hunter mentality—confident managing complex, high-value sales cycles
* Sector experience or exposure in retail, events, stadia, hospitality, or F&B
* Skilled in navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and business growth
