We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newly opened dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of dental practice management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice while providing exceptional patient care.
Duties
* Supervise and manage staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
* Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as dental industry standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Manage patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
* Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure quality care and effective treatment plans.
* Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
Skills
* Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* Proficient in financial management practices relevant to a dental practice.
* Knowledge of human resources processes including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
* Previous veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, a passion for animal care is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff alike.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
