What You ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 or small-group support during lessons
* Assisting with class-based activities and emotional regulation strategies
* Helping pupils access learning in a way that suits their individual needs
* Supporting classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
What We re Looking For:
* Immediate availability (From September).
* Experience in a school, nursery, or youth support role
* A calm, nurturing personality and a flexible mindset
* Someone who can hit the ground running and adapt to different learning styles
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
