Role Overview
The studio is seeking a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-end residential projects, contributing to the design and delivery of exceptional interiors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of luxury materials and finishes, and experience in sourcing and specifying bespoke furniture and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop FF&E concepts in line with the project’s overall design direction and client brief.
* Source, specify, and procure furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
* Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specification documents, and presentation boards.
* Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality.
* Manage sample libraries and maintain awareness of current market trends and new products.
* Coordinate with the interior architecture team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with technical design.
* Support the project team through all stages, from concept to installation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Attend site visits, supplier meetings, and installations as required.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar FF&E role within the luxury residential sector.
* Proficiency in EstiMac is essential.
* Strong knowledge of furniture design, bespoke production, and material application.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* A passion for craftsmanship, detail, and creating refined, elegant interiors
