This is a high growth niche ecom retailer and looking for a strategic Operations Director to lead its distribution and fulfilment operations.
You'll drive a major warehouse relocation, introduce automation, and develop a high-performing team to deliver service excellence, efficiency, and cost optimisation.

* Lead end-to-end operations strategy and execution
* Oversee warehouse relocation and automation projects
* Manage fulfilment centre P&L and performance KPIs
* Develop and coach a strong ops team
* Optimise carrier relationships and supply chain costs
