The successful candidate will need to be from a manufacturing background and have experience of working in an automotive environment.
Details of a Maintenance Technician: WR3 Area Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Thursday £14.50
- £18 dependent on experince Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician: Maintenance, servicing and repair of all production equipment, keeping down-time to an absolute minimum Effectively manage break-down and/or failure of equipment and plant by taking appropriate remedial action in the following areas; Robotics, PLC's, Electrical Control Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Carry out a safe system of work for Predictive, Preventative and Planned Maintenance as required Assist in carrying out modifications, improvement activities and other tasks to reduce machine down-time Carry out checks on machinery/plant/equipment in accordance with planned maintenance each month Use mechanical aids to undertake necessary maintenance/break-down repairs e.g.
forklift truck, pedestrian truck, access cages and ladders etc Skills of a Maintenance Technician: Recognised qualification e.g.
