Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and more. This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, collaborating closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial results to aid decision-making. The role also includes providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and supporting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What you’ll do:
* Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear and concise analysis for effective decision-making.
* Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
* Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
* Manage 2 direct reports.
* Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.
Who you are:
A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.
Key Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
* Experience in a business-facing finance role
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Excel
* Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
