We are rapidly expanding, with new offices from Edinburgh to Oxfordshire, and are looking for experienced Chartered Surveyors/Associates to join our Valuation Department in Oxfordshire. The Role
You will deliver RICS-compliant valuation advice across a wide range of property types while supporting business growth and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting property inspections, due diligence, and detailed market research
* Preparing comprehensive, high-quality valuation reports
* Supporting Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Working collaboratively across departments to provide integrated services
* Mentoring and developing junior team members
Experience & qualifications:
* Proven valuation experience, preferably within a chartered surveying practice
* RICS Chartered status and Registered Valuer
* Strong experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations
* Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and valuation standards
* Ability to produce accurate, well-reasoned reports
* Track record in managing client relationships and generating business
* Driving licence and willingness to travel
