Female Waking Night Support Worker
We are looking for a Female Waking Night Support worker to join our Service in Llandudno.

9. You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence
10. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
11. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
12. This is within a busy, vibrant residential service.
Who you are:
13. Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
14. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
15. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
16. Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities
17. Must be flexible as shifts can include weekends
18. Females only due to service requirements
