Overview

As People & Culture Administrator, you will be part of the team responsible for following and delivering administrative tasks and activities in relation to Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Welfare and Recognition. You'll be expected to support the drive for consistent deployment of 'PRIDE' values across workforce encouraging staff and teams to develop themselves in line with their life ambitions and to meet their full potential.

Help maintaining an inclusive culture that embraces and celebrates the differences of our people, their experiences, backgrounds, and ways of thinking, linking all department services uniting our organisation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

People Department Inbox Management: Overseeing and responding to employee and business enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns for all operational staff .

Document Management: Develop new and update existing departmental documents to effectively support employees under your care.

Personnel Folder Management, file renaming and restructure

Procurement & Inventory: Purchasing, replenishment, monitoring, and maintenance of weekly stock levels for refreshments in kitchens, rest areas, meeting rooms, and all welfare facilities.

Employee Well-being Initiatives: Support and actively participate in the implementation of wellness initiatives designed to enhance workforce engagement and participation.

Employee Engagement Activities: Coordinating and delivering Friday Food & Seasonal Treat WOW initiatives across sites, ensuring employee satisfaction, accommodating dietary needs, and managing budgets effectively.

Event Coordination & Employee Experience: Support and execute tasks assigned for social events, award and recognition programs, team-building activities, seasonal events, and weekly employee engagement initiatives.

Financial Administration: Serve as the Lead Administrator responsible for the timely completion of monthly reconciliation of all departmental credit cards, ensuring accurate receipts, and resolving any discrepancies related to overcharges, credits, and refunds.

Facilities & Cleaning Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning services across all sites, addressing any issues, liaising with internal stakeholders as necessary, and managing the recording and distribution of door keys & cutting for all locations.

Housekeeping: Responsible for overseeing the general upkeep and availability of consumables within the People & Culture (P&C) office and all other designated areas under our care

Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks assigned by the People & Culture Management Team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Happy to have both an active and office-based role (events, stock replenishment on 3 premises-all close by, within 5mins walk of each other).

Highly Organised, calm and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Can prioritise effectively and able to manage a varied workload.

Excellent Communicator, both written and verbal.

A flair for creativity, ensuring unique and original concepts within the given guidelines

High professional standards, strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Thorough and meticulous with excellent attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From £19,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
