Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant (SC CLEARED)
Shape the future of payroll transformation with Pigment Consulting. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant to join our critical Defence Transformation Programme. You will play a key role in delivering complex payroll transformations for public and private sector clients, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and scalable.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Configuring and documenting prototype payroll solutions based on detailed design specifications
2. Collaborating with stakeholders and lead consultants to prepare for future phases
3. Bridging the gap between design and implementation readiness
What you'll do:
* Translate high-level and detailed payroll designs into Oracle Cloud HCM prototypes
* Work closely with users and leadership to validate payroll configurations
* Produce clear, client-ready documentation for tendering and handover
* Advise on payroll business processes and Oracle best practices
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure prototypes align with design intent
What you’ll bring:
* Strong experience configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll in complex environments
* Proficiency in prototyping solutions aligned with UK statutory payroll regulations
* Technical fluency in Oracle HCM cloud – configuration, testing, validation
* Experience working in Defence, Government, or similar secure/public sector environments
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
