Location: Gloucester (travel across Gloucestershire required)
Hours: Includes early mornings, evenings & weekends (rota basis)
Requirements: UK driver's licence & access to a vehicle (with business insurance)

We're looking for a proactive, compassionate Homelessness Outreach Worker to help people experiencing rough sleeping take the first steps toward safe, stable lives.
Based in Gloucester and working county-wide, you'll meet people where they are-on the streets, in local hubs, or in crisis situations. Your role is all about building trust, offering support, and connecting individuals with housing and vital services.

What You'll Do:
1. Engage with rough sleepers through direct outreach and regular visits to key locations
2. Complete risk and needs assessments and develop tailored support plans
3. Provide advice and advocacy to help clients access housing and services
4. Work in partnership with other agencies to deliver coordinated support
5. Participate in early morning, evening, and weekend shifts (on a rota)
What You'll Bring:
6. Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs
7. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
8. A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work
