Key Responsibilities
* Support the care and development of children aged 05 years
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Assist with play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain routines and structure
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
For Nursery Practitioners:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
For Nursery Assistants:
* A genuine interest in working with children
* Previous experience in a childcare or nursery setting
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, flexible, and reliable attitude
* Basic understanding of safeguarding (training can be provided)
For All Candidates:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Understanding of safeguarding (training can be provided)
