We are working with a brilliant family run business based in Leeds 11. They are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated administrator to join their team. This is a small, friendly team and they are seeking an individual with excellent administration / IT skills Microsoft Proficient. Main duties: Daily office operations Inputting data. accurately and efficiently Reception handling incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital Assist with scheduling appointments and managing team calendars Provide admin support including typing, filing, for the sales office and other departments You will need previous administrative experience, preferably gained in an engineering environment. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. In addition to that, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am 4.30pm with 1/2-hour lunch. The company offers 25 days holiday, a company pension and onsite parking. Salary is £25 30k
