Role: GenAI Module Lead
Location: UK – Remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: £60k–£65k base (grows with experience) + uncapped commission
Equity: Option participation
Additional benefits: tax-efficient wealth planning, upskilling budget, travel to meet the team
The Role
We’re looking for a GenAI Lead to design and deliver cutting-edge GenAI upskilling and apprenticeship programmes for workers in low- or no-code roles (operations, customer service, marketing, HR, finance and more).
You’ll be the person who turns “I’ve heard about ChatGPT…” into confident, safe, everyday use of GenAI agents at work, and you’ll do it at scale across employers and enterprise clients.
You will:
* Design compliant GenAI curricula for workforce and apprenticeship programmes, mapped to KSBs and funding requirements.
* Turn curricula into practical, modular learning content: labs, exercises, prompt libraries, templates and role-specific playbooks.
* Deliver live workshops where learners actually use GenAI agents during the session.
* Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to help learners apply GenAI to real work tasks, not just toy examples.
* Guide learners to design GenAI projects that deliver clear ROI for their employer (time saved, quality improved, customer experience uplift).
* Work directly with clients to understand their tools, policies and workflows, and customise the learner journey to their context.
* Continuously improve the curriculum with new use cases, labs, datasets, and examples based on learner and client feedback.
* Collaborate with Programme, Careers and Partner teams to align learning with current industry demand and emerging GenAI tooling.
What you will teach
You’ll focus on practical GenAI skills for non-technical and low-code learners, including:
* How GenAI and LLMs work (at a conceptual, non-mathy level)
* Core terminology: tokens, prompts, context, hallucinations, retrieval, agents
* Prompt patterns and interaction techniques
* Task decomposition and workflow design (“what can GenAI help with here?”)
* Using GenAI within productivity suites (docs, email, spreadsheets, presentations)
* Using and configuring copilots and agents in tools like MS 365 / Google Workspace / CRMs / ticketing systems
* Combining GenAI agents with spreadsheets, forms, automation tools and internal knowledge bases
* Data privacy, security and confidentiality
* Organisational AI policies and practical guardrails
What you will bring
* Experience delivering programmes for adults in work (apprenticeships, bootcamps, L&D academies, or internal enablement).
* Comfortable working within funding/compliance constraints (or eager to learn fast).
* Able to collaborate with L&D, HR, and line managers.
* Hands-on use of GenAI agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day work.
* Evidence of building or orchestrating low- or no-code GenAI workflows (e.g. spreadsheets + agents + simple automation + internal docs).
* Able to talk concretely about what GenAI is good at, where it fails, and how to work around those limitations in real organisations.
* Track record designing structured learning paths or curricula for AI, digital skills, or similar.
* Experience training, mentoring, tutoring or coaching people in GenAI / digital tools – especially non-technical audiences.
* Use of coaching techniques that build learner confidence and independence.
* Positive energy; someone others are excited to learn from and work with.
Succes looks like
* Learners consistently deliver real, on-the-job GenAI projects with visible impact.
* High engagement and satisfaction scores across live sessions and self-paced content.
* Employers can clearly articulate the ROI of the programme in terms of time saved, quality improvements, or new capabilities.
* Programme delivery is smooth, scalable and well-documented, with proactive support for learners.
