Job Description
* Drives challenging change initiatives with confidence, clarity, and data-led reasoning.
* Maintains momentum and composure in the face of resistance or complexity.
* Interprets sales, forecast and stock data to optimise availability and minimise risk.
* Balances supplier lead times, demand patterns and stock KPIs to protect OTIF performance
* Applies disciplined, end-to-end planning across forecasting, stock, intake and fulfilment
* Standardises workflows and embeds consistent, efficient processes across sites.
A successful Senior Demand Manager should have :
* Proven experience in merchandising within the FMCG or retail industry.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and inventory data.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* A solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
