Digital Paid Media Specialist

Hours:
15 hours per week

Key Objectives

We are looking for an experienced Digital Paid Media Specialist to deliver and optimise paid campaigns across SLG's portfolio of beauty and lifestyle brands; including Colab Dry Shampoo and Johnny's Chop Shop. This hands-on role spans multiple platforms and markets, with a focus on performance, innovation, and turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers, ensuring paid activity drives growth, engagement, and efficiency, while staying ahead of the ever-changing landscape.

Key Tasks

* Deliver and manage paid media activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube (Google Ads) and additional platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat, as agreed with marketing managers.
* Run test-and-learn programmes to trial new platforms, formats, and targeting strategies.
* Own campaign targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation to maximise effectiveness.
* Carry out weekly campaign optimisations to ensure efficiency and ROI.
* Report on paid media performance, working closely with marketing managers to drive follow-up actions.
* Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns competitive.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

* Proven experience of managing paid social and digital campaigns, ideally within fashion or beauty.
* Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (essential).
* Experience with Google Ads (YouTube); familiarity with Pinterest and Snapchat a plus.
* Comfortable working across multiple markets and sectors.
