Responsibilities:
* Conducting research to gather insights about users and their behaviors.
* Assisting in designing user interfaces in Figma, including creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance usability and aesthetics.
* Collaborating with other UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that products meet user and business goals.
* Testing designs for usability and making adjustments based on user feedback.

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our Senior UX/UI Designer and a diverse team of Service Designers, User Researchers, and Business Analysts—part of one of the largest tech teams in conservation. Together, we will deepen our understanding of user needs, explore creative solutions, and shape engaging digital experiences.
