The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing excellent customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers utilize their creative skills through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, involved in recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to foster an inclusive environment for their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build on their foundation and have opportunities to grow into future store leaders.
