This exciting graduate scheme is designed for aspiring teachers looking to gain practical school-based experience before progressing onto a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) pathway leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The Role:
As a Maths Graduate, you will:
* Support students within Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions and small group support
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons
* Help improve student attainment, confidence, and engagement
* Support classroom management and student behaviour
* Gain first-hand experience within a secondary school setting
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* A genuine interest in becoming a qualified teacher
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working with secondary-aged students
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
* Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or school experience is beneficial but not essential
