So what’s the job all about?
* Performing regular checks and audits on meat and non-meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication etc.) in order to monitor compliance with food safety requirements and prepare the necessary reports
* Calibrating scales, temperature probes and other measuring devices
* Collecting micro samples, water samples and environmental swabs
* Monitoring production lines to ensure product safety, quality and compliance with customer’s requirements
* Co-ordinating and take part in daily taste panels and logging results into excel spreadsheet.
* Auditing production documentation and procedures in place for foreign body controls including glass & hard plastic audit
