Outwood Academy City Fields has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximise student attainment.
As a Learning Manager, you must have the ability to work with students and have a genuine interest in the issues faced by the students. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviorally. You will work closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behavior, attendance, and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them be the best they can be.
The successful candidate must be extremely well-organized, able to prioritize work, and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and lead by example are essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents, and outside agencies in a professional, prompt, and confidential manner.
