The nationally-recognised Plot Sales Team works closely with the Land Development Team to support developers selling individual plots from larger schemes. Handling diverse plots and property types under tight deadlines, the team’s success relies on expertise, proactivity, and understanding clients’ unique needs. They work with a range of developers, from large housebuilders to smaller one-off projects. As a Lawyer in the Plot Sales Team, you will manage your own caseload of plot sales transactions, supported by a dedicated Legal Assistant. You will build close relationships with your clients, understanding their goals and ensuring smooth, successful transactions. This role offers excellent mentoring, professional growth, and the chance to become an expert in this specialist area. This role is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, Conveyancers, or those qualified by experience. Candidates should have at least one year of experience handling plot sales, ideally with residential/purchase transaction experience. You will be calm under pressure, proactive, adaptable, and a strong communicator with a client-focused mindset. Flexible working patterns are available, including hybrid arrangements.
