This is a newly created role within an award winning company who operate in the Apprenticeships and Training sector we are looking to speak to people who have a strong background in both Marketing and Management, ideally from within the Adult Education arena.
Its a role you will be able to quickly stamp your identity on, use your creative skills and immediately become a pivotal figure in the senior leadership team.

Youll be overseeing all things Marketing here, so its expected to be your passion! Youll be involved in the content on all the platforms (FB, Twitter, Insta) as well the company website and all the ad-hoc marketing possibilities that arise. The company are constantly updating, so its a role that will keep you busy, and your creative juices flowing.
As part of the Senior Leadership team, youll be liaising with Heads of Dept., keeping on top of their needs, having a strong relationship with the BD section, and working very closely with the MD.
Youll be a hand on manager, your staff will include graphic designers, social media, a blog writer and 3 external agencies.
This is a 9-5, Monday to Friday role, predominantly WFH head office is in easily accessible West Yorkshire offices, and you may be required there for a day every other week.
Ideally youll be a Marketing Manager with degree / professional accreditation, used to managing, directing and motivating staff, as well as having a say in any future recruitment processes.
