This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a busy Health & Safety team. The role is supporting the team during a period of absence, with a strong focus on data, tracking, and day‑to‑day site safety support.
What you'll be doing:
* Inputting and managing Health & Safety data
* Tracking actions and ensuring tasks are followed up and closed out
* Chasing managers and teams via email for updates
* Supporting with safety walks across site (identifying hazards)
* Assisting with general H&S admin and compliance tracking
* Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager and wider production teams
What they're looking for:
* Strong admin / data entry experience
* Confident using systems and working with data (Power BI experience desirable)
* Good communication skills - comfortable chasing and liaising with teams
* Organised and proactive with good attention to detail
* Interest or experience in Health & Safety is a big bonus
