They run a high-spec, clean machine shop with a range of CNC lathes (sliding-heads, bar-fed, mill-turns, chucking up to 250mm), and have invested in multi-axis technology, automation, and offline programming capabilities. 🔩 The Role
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Turner or Mill-Turn machinist confident in programming, setting and operating multi-axis lathes. You’ll be responsible for producing high-precision components in low-to-medium volumes, reading complex drawings, and ensuring all work is completed to exacting tolerances.
This is not a machine-minding role – we’re after a self-sufficient machinist who can run jobs independently.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Strong CNC turning or mill-turn experience
*
Able to program at the machine (Fanuc ideal)
*
Read and work to detailed engineering drawings
*
Confident with tooling offsets and first-off inspection
*
Sliding-head experience? Big bonus
