Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie, to join its client, an established Hotel in a picturesque setting in the Dorchester area.
Working for prestigious Hotel in a beautiful setting, the successful Chef de Partie will be a passionate individual, working with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Working closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for manging and running your own section, utilising a ‘farm to fork’ ethos.
Chef de Partie responsibilities will include;
5. A strong passion for food and a creative flair for menu development.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
8. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
9. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
