About the Project:
This flagship residential scheme is a high-rise development set in a prime Central London location. The project features state-of-the-art design, sustainable construction, and luxury living standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the ÂŁ100M scheme.
* Coordinate and collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and London building codes.
* Monitor risk, resolve site challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management and investors.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Proven experience managing high-rise residential projects in London (preferably ÂŁ50M+).
* Strong knowledge of RC frame structures, building regulations, and London planning requirements.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
