LGV C+E - LE4 Area
Job description:
The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting with one of the UK's largest transport operators on behalf of a well-respected snack food manufacturer based in the Beaumont Leys area.
We're looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work across all 7 days working on Days or Nights.
A typical day will consist of two / three drops, all to RDC's and averages around 50 hours a week.
There is no Handball required in this role.

Pay Rates & Shifts
* £16.50 per hour for Days and £18.00 for Nights
* Shift starts are around the clock to suit
* Shifts across 7 days
* Average shifts are 10 hours per day
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
* A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
* A valid Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 current penalty points
* No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver
* Check the vehicle regularly and report any issues
* Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
* Use GPS or maps to find the best routes
* Deliver goods on time, in full and to the correct address
* Communicate politely with customers
* Report delays, accidents, or problems to your manager
