Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer required by this Bournemouth based Managed Survive Provider to lead their Cloud Services & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Field Services teams. You'll be: Leading, managing, and mentoring our Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and Field Services teams, ensuring top performance and professional growth. Overseeing the delivery of all technical projects and services, making sure they hit our business goals and exceed client expectations. Acting as the highest escalation point for any complex technical headaches across infrastructure, security, and networking. Driving innovation by researching and evaluating emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and figuring out how they can benefit our clients. Developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for our cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and field service operations. Collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure all technical initiatives align perfectly with our wider organisational strategy. Ensuring everything we do complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements (like ISO 27001, NIST). Championing a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across your teams. Representing our technical function in client engagements, providing expert thought leadership and strategic guidance. Contributing to budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for all our technical services. You'll need a solid background and proven expertise in: Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V). Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and compliance frameworks. A strong networking and field service background, including hands-on support and coordinating field teams. Proven leadership and team management experience across multidisciplinary technical teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. The ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Cyber Security, Azure, and Networking (CompTIA).
