About the apprenticeship
Duties
To communicate well within the team, sharing information and working with others.
Respond professionally to enquiries, via email, telephone or in person, using judgement when to involve a more senior officer.
To work to office confidentiality protocols.
To use computer systems to input data and produce reports, within set guidelines and time requirements.
To assist in the review of processes and improvements in the way we work.
Support the management of the complaints and compliments process, engaging with departments and assisting with monitoring trends.
To undertake any other duties associated with the effective day-to-day running of the section to ensure the aims and objectives of the Policy Team are met.
Attending and completing any relevant Continuing Professional Development opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
To hold GCSEs of C grade or above in Maths, and Welsh or English (or equivalent), or have gained suitable experience over time.
To complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

An awareness and understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation (GDPR).
Experience of using Microsoft packages.
Experience of working independently and flexibly as part of a team.
Has an understanding of legislation and statutory requirements to be implemented locally
