What They Are Looking For: A genuine car enthusiast with solid mechanical confidence (wheels off, trays off, trim removal, safe ramp use, correct lift points, etc.) Someone who understands underbody structures and ideally has awareness of corrosion, rust progression or MOT-style inspection thinking Someone who wants responsibility, recognition, and career growth not clock-watching Comfortable being filmed during projects (we create a lot of online content) Someone who actually cares about doing a great job About The Role: Youll be trained to use professional dry ice blasting equipment to clean, restore and preserve undercarriages, wheel arches and engine bays on everything from rare classics to modern performance cars.
Who This Role Suits: Someone who Wants to develop real skills, not just turn up Thrives in a small, ambitious team where effort is noticed Enjoys working on incredible cars every week Takes pride in craftsmanship and detail Candidate Requirements: Essential Solid mechanical confidence (removing wheels, arch liners, undertrays, trims, brackets, clips, etc.) Physically capable of hands-on work for long periods (blasting is demanding) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Comfortable being filmed or photographed while working Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to put in genuine effort Full clean driving license essential Interest in classic, performance, or enthusiast vehicles Wants career growth, responsibility, and long-term progression Highly Desirable MOT-style mindset (familiar with corrosion, rust progression, and weak points) Experience in detailing, valeting, fabrication, underbody work, or restoration Experience working around high-value cars Awareness of safe handling of sensitive materials and components Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ambitious and eager to grow with a small but scaling company Not looking for a clock-in/clock-out job and wants to build something Team player, easy to work with, proactive, asks questions Takes pride in learning specialist skills and becoming exceptional at them The company are recruiting in preparation for new unit opening in Stanford in the Vale in January 2026, though happy to hire and train in Witney in the short term.
