We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site up to 5 days per week. Salary: £34,000 £2,000 Welcome Bonus What you'll be doing: You'll work together with submariners, operators, and engineers to understand the challenges they face when designing and building submarines. • Assessing workload and situation awareness to optimise operator performance. • Planning and conducting user trials to assess developing design and optimise user interaction. • Developing and understanding Human Computer Interaction. • Assessing Human Machine Interfaces. • Using measurements of the human body when assessing spatial layout design, including working with 3D CAD tools, immersive VR, and constructing full scale mock-ups. • Providing human reliability analysis and human factors support to site safety cases.
