The Role
Working alongside our GM and Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of the action:
* Lead the Floor: Manage shifts of up to 4 staff in a high-octane environment.
* Set the Standard: Lead by example, ensuring every guest experiences the famous Nicholsons atmosphere.
* Build the Team: Assist in training and mentoring a diverse, passionate FOH crew.
What You Bring
* Experience in a busy, fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
* Natural leadership skills (previous supervisory experience is a plus, but passion is essential).
* A "hands-on" attitude and a genuine love for the hospitality industry.
