Your Responsibilities
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
* Deliver superior customer service and quality home care.
* Manage coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling issues.
* Oversee your Client Services Manager caseload.
* Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
* Foster strong, communicative relationships within the team.
* Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics.
* Collaborate with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
Your Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who have:
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an Associate’s degree at minimum.
* Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
* Experience in a medical office or home care setting is preferred.
* Supervisory experience is a plus.
* A demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibilities.
* A strong ambition to grow and advance in your career.
* Strong computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
