Our global specialist client is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate HR Assistant to join their innovative team in Solihull for an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
This dynamic role offers a blend of generalist HR responsibilities and Learning & Development support, providing invaluable experience across the full spectrum of people operations. You will work within a supportive HR team and make a real impact on operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
The role includes:
* Managing wellbeing programmes, designing activities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job descriptions to participating in interviews and onboarding.
* Overseeing payroll processes, supporting annual reviews, and handling employee queries and stakeholder communication.
* Maintaining HR documentation, supporting performance management, and providing technical support for the learning platform.
* Coordinating career development programmes, creating learning resources, analyzing feedback, and supporting compliance reporting.
Applicants should have a degree or equivalent and approximately 12 months of HR or relevant experience, with enthusiasm for HR or Learning & Development.
