A large secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join its student support team from January 2026. The Role You will work directly with students, families and staff to support wellbeing, behaviour and attendance across the school. Key tasks include: supporting behaviour interventions and restorative conversations liaising with Heads of Year on student support plans working with families to resolve concerns supporting safeguarding referrals and documentation monitoring vulnerable students and maintaining records The School The school has a strong pastoral reputation and a caring, stable staff team.
